Foundation & Specialization
Decian, Inc. was established with a core focus on providing comprehensive IT support. Initially, the company began its operations as a PC repair service, quickly establishing itself as a reliable partner for Cisco solutions. This foundation allowed Decian to specialize in more complex areas, ultimately concentrating on the installation and maintenance of sophisticated Cisco networking and phone systems.
Managed Services Evolution
Decian became a break/fix Managed Service Provider, broadening IT offerings and professional services, including networking and server migrations. A Network Operations Center was created for proactive management and continuous monitoring. This enhanced customer support and streamlined infrastructure upgrades, ensuring efficient client system management.
Proactive Innovation
Decian transitioned to proactive IT support, optimizing performance and reducing costs. They developed automation scripts for issue prevention and implemented comprehensive remote helpdesk support. Cloud services and Microsoft 365 solutions were added. A software development team created proprietary security products, enhancing their comprehensive IT offerings.
Enterprise Technology Leadership & MSP Partnership
While maintaining our existing client commitments in a controlled slow-growth model, Decian is strategically transitioning to focus on empowering MSPs with cutting-edge platforms, tools, and partnership opportunities. We're intentionally staying active as an MSP to remain grounded in the daily challenges you face - from razor-thin margins on products like Microsoft 365 to dealing with half-baked software that increases your operational burden. Our cybersecurity division launched Managed SIEM, and our software development team builds custom automation apps - all designed specifically for MSP partners who need complete solutions, not more problems to manage.
